Fixed bookkeeping packages.
Our bookkeeping packages are designed to cater to businesses of all sizes based on their needs.
Business owners can choose to have their books kept up to date weekly, monthly or quarterly.
What's included:
Weekly / monthly or quarterly processing of invoices, bills and receipts
Weekly / monthly or quarterly reconciling of bank transactions to match bank transactions to invoices, bills and receipts
Monthly or quarterly management report (profit and loss report)
How it works:
We have access to your accounts inbox (where applicable) so we can process all the emails.
We use Hubdoc (or Dext) to electronically process invoices, bills and receipts.
We reconcile the bank transactions in Xero by matching the items to invoices, bills and receipts.
We send you query lists for items we cannot match or where we need further information.
We complete the allocation of all income and expenses in Xero.
We send you custom management reports with summary of any highlights or concerns.

What isn’t included:
Creating sales invoices are quoted separately based on needs
Payroll processing (see our payroll packages)
Preparation of Activity Statements (BAS and IAS) (see our Activity Statement packages)
Accounting adjustments like fixed asset updates, depreciation, amortisation, prepayments, loan schedulets etc.

The annual sales is the estimated turnover of the business.
The fee is calculated on the monthly equivalent depending on the frequency of the payroll and is billed monthly in advance.
